Results 10th April including RSA International Match - Live Updates

There are no new TR results today as all matches are still subject to tie-shoot action on Thursday afternoon.

Competing in today's RSA International Match are England, Ireland, South Africa, USA, Wales. There are 12 firers per team firing 2 convertible sighters and 15 scoring shots (75 points) at 2 ranges (800m and 900m) totaling 150 points maximum per shooter, therefore 1800 points per team. Firing at 800m started at around 1.45pm, and conditions are cool, cloudless and windy, with (Antarctic) winds from the south. 

At 800m

After 5 firers, England are 15 points off, South Africa are 12 off, USA are 22 off, Ireland are 37 off.

After 7 firers, South Africa are 15 off, England are 20 off, USA are 32 off.

After 9 firers, South Africa are 20 off, England are 28 off, USA are 40 off, Ireland are 65 off.

After 12 firers, the close of 800m,  South Africa are 25 off, England are 33 off, and USA 47 off.

 

At 900m, after 3 firers, England have dropped 21 points, USA 23 points, and South Africa 11.

After 7 firers, South Africa have dropped 20 points at 900m, and the USA 37 points. After 6 firers, England have dropped 27. 

Shooting concurrently, the ladies teams of 4 from South Africa, Australia and New Zealand are competing in a tri nations match. South Africa currently lead to NZ and Oz. 

4.45pm - South Africa have dropped 24 points at 900m after 8 firers, and the USA 52 points after 10 firers. England have been shooting more slowly in an attempt to pick the wind, and after 6 firers have dropped 27 points at 900m.

4.55pm - USA have finished firing dropping 64 points at 900m. Adding their two range tallies together gives 1690.97 out of 1800.

England has dropped 50 points after 9 firers.

5pm - South Africa finish dropping 34 at 900m, totalling 1741.147
